GENERAL BUILDING ACCESSIBILITY
There is limited disabled parking directly outside our front door. If you need assistance getting in the building you can give us a call and one of our team will pop down to meet you. To enter the building, you will need to call or text to let us know you are here so that we can open the door for you. There is a small lift up to the second floor. We have no disabled toilet access for wheelchairs. All of our rooms have a slight obstacle ranging from a small step, to crawling through small spaces. Please call us to discuss any mobility needs and which room would suit your team best.

BRIEFINGS AND HINT SYSTEM
We ask that you arrive around 10-15 minutes before your room is due to start so we can go through a briefing with you. For Deaf or hard of hearing players, we have this briefing written down. Within the rooms there is a hint system where your Games Master would usually communicate via a microphone and headphones. If you are Deaf or hard of hearing, we can adjust our hint system and offer written hints within the room itself. With prior notice we may also be able to welcome you with BSL and offer BSL hints, but you would need to let us know in advance so we can have the appropriate member of staff on shift.
VISUAL NEEDS
Our rooms are designed to be dark in places. In some rooms, torches are provided as part of the puzzles, but if you have a specific visual need then we can provide you with a torch for the full game or we can arrange that you use your own if you prefer. There may also be some small writing on some of our puzzles so please let us know so we can adjust the puzzle for your visit. Reading glasses are always a good idea!

Here at Game Over we are autism aware and understand that loud noises and new experiences can be overwhelming. If you need the music/sounds lowering or you need to come and see us to get to know us before your booking then please just let us know and we will be happy to work with you to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
